    ROLE: SALES DIRECTOR – CENTRAL EUROPE

    LOCATION: Germany, Austria, or Switzerland

    SALARY: Very Competitive Salary package, Executive Car Package, Target Related Bonus Structure, 25 days holiday, Pension.

    Due to continued expansion, the role of Sales Director – Central Europe has been identified to expand on the business's international growth success. Reporting to the International VP the role will be responsible for shaping and executing profitable commercial strategy in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, SEE, CEE as well as Poland and Czechoslovakia.

    Objective & Role:

    Achieve the required targets for sales and margins as defined on an annual basis.

    Build a strong distribution network to address all main business goals in the assigned areas.

    Nurture enduring relationships with strategic distribution groups.

    Monitor an effective pipeline of opportunities with key convertors in the industry.

    Identify and develop new business/sales opportunities and identify customer/market needs.

    Develop and communicate transparent rules between distribution and direct business to manage expectations on both sides and avoid risk of channel conflict.

    Establish the Companies brand and develop awareness in assigned countries.

    Leverage the organisations resources to accelerate profitable growth; WRAP Institute, eCommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.

    Embody company values of integrity and ethical behaviour.

    Activities & Responsibilities:

    Define DACH, CEE, SEE, Poland and Czech sales strategy in specific countries.

    Select criteria for distribution and develop prospection base per country accordingly.

    Map out desired distribution structure and prioritize according to revenue potential.

    Continuously scan the global market for new promising OEM's and establish relations with them to grow the business.

    Develop joint business planning with key distribution groups and assigned accounts to drive top line growth and profitability.

    Document customer complaints in a timely way and escalate to Technical / Quality Control according to established procedures.

    Manage and monitor pricing to achieve profit objectives.

    Align with local credit controller to review customers' DSO position and take appropriate actions in case of bad payment behaviour.

    Regular visits to digital printers and sign makers to validate the effectiveness of the product strategy and to identify new product needs: scan the digital and signage market for new trends and developments.

    Initiate and manage projects with OEM's and R&D as reaction of ink and machine developments.

    Background:

    Strategic Selling experience and preferably technical / marketing experience ideally in the sign, display and graphic materials market space.

    Strategic sales management and development experience in an international environment.

    Understanding of PSA printing techniques, and other conversion and application methods.
