- Erste Erfahrung im 2ndLevel IT-Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Softwareanwendungen und relevanten Tools
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, die Du gerne täglich anwendest
- Du bist der/die Ansprechpartner/-in für sämtliche technische Anfragen wie auch Probleme und sorgst durch Deine kreative Lösungsfindung für lächelnde Gesichter
- Du übernimmst die Installation sowie die Konfiguration der Hard- / Software und wirkst aktiv bei IT-Projekten (Rollouts, Migrationen, Hands & Eyes Support) mit
- Du analysierst und dokumentierst die auftretenden System- und Anwendungsfehler
