Head of R&D Operations DAQ Solutions

The Head of R&D Operations drives efficient execution of product development within the DAQ organization by promoting operational excellence and facilitating cross-functional coordination.

• Ensure on-time, on-scope delivery of DAQ development projects and coordinate across Hardware, Embedded Software, Software, Operations, and Solution Portfolio teams.
  
• Support effort estimation improvements for portfolio planning and business case development.
• Align R&D with Operations to streamline industrialization processes.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production (internal and external), and suppliers to ensure smooth transitions from development to manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills including communication, conflict management,
and coaching. Global mindset exposure is also highly valued along with knowledge in agile
