    Sales Account Executive

    Industry: Industrial Retail

    Location: UK - Remote

    Travel: Europe (mainly Germany/DACH region)

    The Opportunity:

    A world-leading enterprise AI SaaS Company seeks a talented Sales Account Executive to help drive its expansion across the EU. Founded in 2017, the team have served 1500+ Enterprise customers globally and is targeting an IPO within the next 12 months.

    The Role:

    Reporting to the VP of Sales for EMEA, you will accelerate sales and grow the European customer base, focusing on Germany. You'll develop a scalable sales process from demand generation to contract execution, build a robust sales pipeline, and create compelling business cases.

    Key tasks include cultivating relationships with senior executives, presenting to C-level executives, enhancing market knowledge, attending industry events, and coordinating with software consultants.

    Skills & Experience Required:

    • Strong entrepreneurial skills with a passion for new business development and aligning revenue strategies with company goals.
    • Approximately 5+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, Asset Reliability, and Connected Worker domains (including Manufacturing Execution Systems "MES" and Mobile Application Management "MAM").
    • Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the manufacturing industry (e.g., pharma, semiconductors, oil & gas) and an established network of C-level executives in these fields.
    • Demonstrable success in driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation sales initiatives.
    • Solid business acumen, ideally supported by a degree in a business-related field.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement high-performance sales and demand generation processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A strong understanding of the impact of Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing.

    Benefits Package:

    • Base Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 (DoE)
    • OTE: 100%
    • Health & Wellbeing: Family Health & Dental Cover
