Fully Remote / Berlin | €130,000 to €140,000 | Bonus and Share Scheme
As an Electronics IC RF Engineer you will work in a highly international environment diving into a unique challenge. You are involved in the design and development of the next generation of electro-optical transceivers chips.
Your tasks include designing monolithically integrated circuits for high-speed electro-optic data transmission simulation of analog integrated circuits design in state-of-the-art BiCMOS technologies generation of electro-magnetic model for passive circuit structures implementation of electro-optic component models follow and define design methodologies and design environments.
Required profile M.Sc in electrotechnics or equivalent experience in integrated RF circuit design verification knowledge regarding state-of-the-art BiCMOS process technologies proactive problem-solving skills team player strong technical verbal written communication skill professional working proficiency English mandatory.
