- Creating user programs for PLC controls in new installations and upgrades, based on process descriptions, specifications, and P&ID diagrams
- Independently managing subprojects in the field of automation or control engineering
- Commissioning systems, conducting functional tests, and providing training and handover to clients
- Analysing ongoing processes to identify sources of errors
- A technician or engineering degree in electrical engineering specialised on automation
- Strong technical understanding
- User knowledge of automation and control systems from manufacturers such as Siemens, Wonderware, and/or ProLeiT in the food industry sector
- A hands-on mentality and proficiency in both written
- Good English skills
- Willingness to travel
