- Konzepterstellung und Dokumentation
- Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen
- Unterstützung der Inhouse-Systeme
- Rufbereitschaft und Aufwandskalkulation
- (Wirtschafts-) Informatik-Studium oder IT-Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Betriebssystemen, Office und Netzwerken
- Erfahrung mit EDI-System Lobster und SQL
- Grundkenntnisse in verschiedenen Programmiersprachen und Abläufen im Bereich Spedition und Logistik
- Kenntnisse in Linux, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Fehleranalyse
- Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
