Your MISSION

• You are the main contact for all technical matters in the properties, as well as for assessing and managing technical issues.
• Negotiating with subcontractors for technical building equipment and consulting with project managers on technical building equipment are also part of your responsibilities.
• You will provide advice and support to project managers on technical building equipment handling.
• You are responsible for controlling construction processes and scheduling, as well as overseeing subcontractors.
• You will manage construction processes and coordinate the construction site in alignment with project management.

Your PROFILE

• You have a degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field, completed a technical training program, or have a craftsman's certification with a master craftsman's diploma.
• You have at least five years of professional experience and expertise in technical regulations.
• You possess a self-reliant work approach, assertiveness, and decision-making skills.
