At Redcare Pharmacy we are all about health We are growing the existing platform and adding entirely new services to it.

We are currently seeking a talented Data Engineer (m/f/d) with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to join our growing team.

Our BI & Analytics team consists of 15 talented individuals organised in data domain squads who primarily work remotely but gather once a week in our office in Cologne.

In this opportunity, you will not only be responsible for standard data engineering tasks; instead, together with our analysts, you will get involved in interesting projects related to forecasting, predictive analytics, etc., Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Databricks and SSIS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with data analysts to support their data needs and enable advanced analytics and reporting.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.

Proficiency in SQL programming and database management, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Technologies, including Azure Data Factory, MS SQL Database, Databricks
Familiarity with data modelling and schema design concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
