    Position Overview: As a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Data Centers, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems within our data center facilities. Leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering and your deep understanding of data center infrastructure, you will contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet the stringent requirements of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design and Engineering: Lead the design and engineering efforts for electrical systems in data center projects, including power distribution, backup power systems, UPS systems, switchgear, transformers, and electrical controls.
    2. Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards to develop innovative solutions that enhance the performance, reliability, and efficiency of data center electrical systems.
    3. Project Management: Take ownership of electrical engineering aspects throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development and detailed design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
    4. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall data center infrastructure.
    5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and analyses to verify the integrity and functionality of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
    6. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and performance enhancement.
    7. Vendor Management: Liaise with equipment suppliers and contractors to specify, procure, and install electrical components and systems, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgetary constraints.
    8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with electrical systems, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.
    9. Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, calculations, and reports, to support project documentation requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on data center projects.
    • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
    • Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards, such as NEC, IEC, and IEEE.
    • Experience with power systems analysis, including load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
