Job Title: Project Assistant (m/w/d)

As a Project Assistant, you will support the Project Manager and Subproject Managers in organizing a large project for the client. You will be responsible for managing all relevant project data, maintaining them in various plans and lists (Excel/MS Project), ensuring smooth coordination and organization, as well as aligned schedule management within the project team and different departments. Additionally, you will handle correspondence within the project team and prepare reports. You may also assist in visualizing internal CAD documentation.

Your qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial education or have practical experience in a similar position, e.g., Technical Draftsman.
• You are enthusiastic about contributing to a large project and enjoy collaborating with various project participants.
• You have good organizational skills, find joy in maintaining professional lists and overviews, and are goal-oriented and focused.
• You have excellent communication skills and are a team player.
• Knowledge of CAD software Autocad (2-D) is advantageous.
