    Requirements

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Or if you're a self-taught HR ninja, we'll accept that too
    • Have 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Bonus points if you've survived a dragon attack (metaphorical or otherwise).
    • Possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. You know your stuff better than Hermione knows her spells.
    • Fluent in German and English. If you can speak Elvish or Klingon, even better
