- Design and develop solutions in Salesforce to meet the requirements of stakeholders
- Customize managed packages in Salesforce such as Sitetracker for Operations and JustOn for Finance
- Integrate Salesforce API with external systems to enable bidirectional sync of data
- Manage the architecture of Salesforce with custom objects and relationships, as well as the security of the system enforced with user access and permissions
- Implement an efficient and robust framework for testing and development of code
- Collaborate with product team, engineering teams and business stakeholders for converting abstract requirements to technical items in the backlog
- Development experience of 5+ years in Salesforce using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST API
- Experience in customizing managed packages installed in Salesforce through configuration and code
- Strong in programming fundamentals, and following best practices for testing, development, and maintenance of Salesforce code
- Expert at creating custom objects and relationships in Salesforce, implementing Flows, and enforcing security settings through Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules
- It would be a big plus if you have Sitetracker experience
- Ability to communicate with the tech team, product team and business stakeholders in English
