- You will help to further develop and document any customer-experience MB.OS features in coordination with the Marketing & Sales and Research & Development departments
- Together with the team, you create transparency about how features are implemented in the vehicle on time and in the agreed quality
- In coordination with the Controlling department, you help to track the costs for all MB.OS scopes and check the achievement of financial targets
- You work on the documentation of processes related to software development as well as lifecycle and program management for MB.OS
- You prepare documents and presentations, for example committee and decision papers, for management
- You work in the day-to-day operations of the team Qualifikationen
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of your bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on IT or automotive engineering
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a strong affinity with the automotive industry and a good basic understanding of the automotive industry (market structure, players, the product, current trends and innovative future fields such as autonomous or electrified driving)
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience, for example through an internship, working student position or similar
- A basic understanding of vehicle operating systems and electronics is desirable
- Team spirit is important to you - you integrate well into the team and are able to work together in a team
- You are characterized by good communication skills - it is no problem for you to approach colleagues from other teams or departments and work together with them

In product strategy and control for Mercedes-Benz Cars (PS), we are shaping the E/E and software development of the future with the MB.OS operating system. One of the main objectives of the PS/MBOS division (MB.OS product project management), in addition to defining the strategic product content, is the bundled and comprehensive project management of the MB.OS portfolio - from requirements to successful implementation. This includes achieving the project goals within the defined budget and time frame, feasibility studies in close coordination with the specialist departments, definition of customer requirements and offer line-ups together with Marketing & Sales through to the economic consideration of the business case of the products together with Controlling.
