    We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) located within a commutable distance to our central operations centre in Dorsten (Barbarastraße 62, This position will be hybrid, involving a combination of work at our Dorsten operations and remote work from a home office. As we undergo an exciting period of growth in Germany, you will play a crucial role in supporting this expansion by actively recruiting and sourcing key talent. You will be a part of the European recruitment team, which consists of 10 members based across Europe. We work closely together as a supportive team of experts, and we pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service to our stakeholders.

    What you'll do:


    • Partner, consult, and advise business leaders by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent (technical, commercial, and operational) for our German business in this highly competitive and fast-paced sector.


    • Be data and process-driven, tracking candidate and pipeline activity in our ATS (Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.


    • Build diverse active pipelines using creative direct sourcing methods, including online proactive sourcing and referrals.


    • Conduct recruiter interviews with candidates by phone or video, measuring candidates' knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide recommendations to your stakeholders for next-level interviews.


    • Drive offer approval and negotiation.


    • You will have the opportunity to get involved with a range of exciting international continuous improvement projects.

    You'll have the following skills and experience:


    • Stakeholder management is key for this role. You will have experience partnering closely with stakeholders during periods of business growth or ambiguity.


    • Have experience recruiting in a fast-paced, international environment.


    • You will be fluent in German and possess business-level English. Additional European languages are desirable but not essential.
