- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Auftragsabwicklung in SAP (inklusive Auftragseingabe und Terminverfolgung).
- Sie erstellen auftragsbezogene Dokumente / Zertifikate.
- Sie sichern die ordentliche Korrespondenz mit internationalen Kunden und Vertretern.
- Sie stellen die Ermittlung sowie Erfassung der Forecastzahlen sicher.
- Sie erfassen Kundenreklamationen und koordinieren die Erstellung der Reklamationsschreiben.
- Sie bearbeiten die Buchungen von Gutschriften.
- Sie arbeiten an der Optimierung der Bestellhäufigkeiten mit.
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar absolviert.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen (SAP, MS Office, Outlook).
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Motivation und Selbstständigkeit.
