SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/f/d)
That's why we are looking to strengthen many of our teams in exciting jobs. Discover career opportunities now and start your professional future at Stuttgart Airport. You are responsible for the support and further development of all SAP HCM components used at Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH and its subsidiaries and implement them in HCM by means of customizing
You view all legal, collective bargaining and operational requirements in the area of payroll accounting and implement them independently in the system
You carry out process optimizations of the personnel service (ESS/MSS) with SAP FIORI as well as other project work in the HCM topic area
In the future, you will support Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH on the way to SAP S/4 HANA
YOUR CHECK-IN PROFILE
You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration or business informatics and have at least 4 years of professional experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on HCM
You have a focus of knowledge in the SAP HCM components Personnel Administration, Payroll Accounting, Organizational Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Travel Expense Accounting
You have experience in implementing requirements through customizing and ideally experience with the implementation of TVöD in SAP
You enjoy working in a team and have analytical thinking skills as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
You enjoy complex tasks, have a strong team spirit and are interested in shaping the future of our SAP landscape
