    Service description:
    Support in development and operation of MS Dynamics 365 CRM based solutions in the context of application lifecycle management.


    Service package A: Requirements management

    - Requirements recording
    o Maintaining the central, cross-project requirements list in the SCRUM tool (Jira)
    o Recording and maintenance of the central requirements list in the SCRUM tool (Jira)
    o Regular report to the Service Manager and Service Architect
    - Specialist conception
    o Consolidation of requirements
    o Addition of technical concepts based on the requirements
    - Control, implementation and logging of quality assurance
    o Creation of automated test cases based on the central requirements list
    o Execution and logging of test cases in the Jira tool

    Service package B: Conception & design
    - Creation of IT concepts and interface descriptions in MS Visio
    - Creation of solution designs
    o Reviewing and evaluating the technical requirements for feasibility
    o Coordination of the implementation variants with the service architect
    o Creation of solution designs as a basis for implementation by the development team
    o Creation of work packages for implementation

    Service package C: Development
    - Implementation of the technical requirements based on the solution design
    o Further development of workflows, design, layouts, templates and functions
    o Customization of the standard system control, functionalities, security roles, tables, screens, views and dashboards.
    o Development and customization of custom code, e.g. plugins, JavaScript / TypeScript and custom workflows
    o Deployment of the developed modules from the development instance to test, integration and production.
    o Execution and logging of developer tests
    - Documentation of IT solutions and implementation
    - Technical and integration tests

    o Preparation of test plans and test specifications
    o Creation of test scripts based on technical concepts and user stories
    o Execution of manual and automated software tests
    o Reporting on the results by means of test and error reports
    o Debugging with the development and QA team
    o Creation of test automation
    o Defining the requirements for the system to be tested


    Service package D: Application support
    - Support for key users when using CRM applications
    - Configuration and software maintenance of applications in MS Dynamics according to specifications
    - Bug fixing and further development of applications in MS Dynamics according to user stories.
    - 2nd level support for incidents from the specialist departments, optional transfer to manufacturer support
    - Implementation of approved changes in change and release management
    - Technical deployment of releases for development projects
    - Bug fixing and further development of supporting shell scripts and SQL procedures and queries.
    - Updating training documents and setting up training environments, organizing and conducting training courses



    Qualification requirements:

    1. Language skills: German: Level C1 and English Level B1 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR

    2. Development MS Dynamics 365: MS Dynamics 365, plug-in development, C#, .NET, TypeScript, React and JavaScript

    3. Customizing MS Dynamics 365: forms, workflows, entities (valid certificate)

    4. ITIL Foundation V3/V4 (valid certificate)

    5. IT infrastructure in the Microsoft workplace systems environment: MS Windows 10, MS Server 2016, MS Office 2016, Visio 2016

    6. Development tools: MS Visual Studio 2010, creation of Dynamics 365 solutions, deployment, debugging, Azure DevOps (CI/CD)

    7. UML modeling: MS Visio

    8. Scrum methodology: Scrum Master (valid certificate - at least 1 LE or CV)

    Experience requirements:
