Tasks

• Collaborate with software engineering and data science teams to deploy and manage machine learning models in cloud environments
• Design ETL/ELT pipelines for robotics data
• Implement and maintain automated pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment
• Monitor and optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production
• Troubleshoot issues related to ML workflows, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and tools in MLOps to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure
• Tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Kedro, Ansible, GitHub, Docker, K3s, K8s, Prometheus, Grafana
• ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, JAX
• Programming Languages: Python and one of {Rust, C, C++} along with SQL and shell scripting
• Additional Proficiencies: ML cloud architecture patterns, model evaluation and monitoring, metadata management
