Vitanas Senioren Centrum Am Gojenberg offers an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Nursing Services Manager (m/f/d) in Lütjenburg, working full-time 38.5 hours per week.

Your qualifications:

• Educational background in Nursing or related fields
• Completed further training as a responsible nursing specialist
• Preferably initial experience in leadership
• Deep knowledge and passion for shaping nursing processes
• Team player with organizational skills and empathy

Your responsibilities:

• Acting as a substitute for the Nursing Services Manager
• Organizing, ensuring, and reviewing tailor-made care, treatment, and support measures
• Professionally ensuring structural, procedural, and outcome quality in accordance with legal requirements
• Assessing and reviewing care quality, planning and implementing quality assurance measures
• Creating resident-oriented service and shift schedules
• Supervising staff and managing workflow and nursing organizational structure
• Creating and maintaining a team-building work atmosphere
• Enhancing the quality of life and satisfaction of our residents
