About the team
EU Operations Concessions is overseeing end-to-end Operations Controllable Concessions, Undeliverables and Unreturned for EU Amazon Fulfillment network.

The team runs EU-wide initiatives, which aim for Customer Experience improvement by recognizing, analyzing and fixing operational defects in First Mile (Fulfillment Centers), Middle Mile (Amazon Transporation Services), and Last Mile (Carriers and Amazon Logistics).
