    Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Acquisition Teams, welches unsere B2C-Performance Marketing Maßnahmen steuert und ausführt, mit dem Fokus, die monatlichen Absatzzahlen für das Neukundengeschäft zu planen, zu überwachen und zu erreichen
  • Entwicklung eines tiefgreifenden Verständnisses der Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen
  • Verantwortung für die Reduktion unserer Acquisition-Cost
  • Steigerung der Effizienz unserer Marketingaktivitäten
  • Verantwortung für das Onboardung und den stetigen Austausch mit relevanten Agenturen
  • Launch und stetige Optimierung unseres "Recommend a Friend" Channels

    • Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und die Fähigkeit, diese vereinfacht darstellen zu können
  • Ein hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Führungsvermögen und Empathie
  • Interesse daran, neueste Trends zu verfolgen und auszuprobieren
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
