Pearse Partners are working with a Global Investment Bank who are hiring an Analyst within their global Chemicals team. This is a growth hire within the team who execute transactions internationally.


Role Requirements:
Assist in execution on transactions across Chemicals Sectors
Develop various financial models and valuation methods
Conduct preparation and review of materials including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch-books
Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions


You must have:
~1-4 years M&A experience from an IB or Big 4
~ Excellent Financial Modelling ability
~ Excellent written and verbal communication
