    Internship opportunity for 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of working fully remote from home.
    The Human Resources department is a core focus at beeline, as people are at the heart of everything we do.
    During this 4 to 6-month mandatory internship, you will primarily be involved in the Recruitment field. As part of beeline's Talent Attraction & Acquisition Team, you will independently ensure a positive Candidate & Employee Journey through holistic process management. This includes, among other areas, the following topics:
    Your responsibilities with us:
    • Recruiting - As a member of our dedicated Recruiting team, you will play a significant role in every step of the selection process – from creating appealing job postings to reviewing applications and conducting inspiring phone screenings.
    • Process Optimization - Your contribution extends to improving our internal processes, making our daily workflows easier and adding real value to our business areas. Your creative ideas are welcome and contribute to the successful implementation of process optimization.
    • Projects - We offer you the opportunity to strategically apply your strengths and interests to exciting projects – whether it's supporting marketing events or other engaging tasks in Talent Acquisition.
    Your qualifications:
    • You are enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master), preferably in the fields of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
    • You are seeking a mandatory internship for 4 to 6 months.
    • Ideally, you have some initial work experience from vocational training placements, working student positions, or internships.
    • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
    • A reliable and independent work ethic and a passion for collaborating within an international team.
