    EU Heating Market Leadership:

    We are seeking an experienced Heating Product Manager to lead the growth of our AWHP business in the EU market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our market position in Europe's AWHP market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor sales and project management development, report business progress, and establish go-to-market strategies to improve heating channel penetration. Additionally, you will identify growth options, assess new opportunities, and develop cross-functional aligned tactics to drive business forward.

    Your Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to improve our market position in Europe's AWHP market.
    • Collaborate with Subsidiaries' Product Directors and Heating dedicated staff to monitor sales and project management development.
    • Report business progress to the EU Air Solutions Business Leader and EU B2B Business Top Management.
    • Establish go-to-market strategies to improve heating channel penetration.
    • Identify growth options, assess new opportunities, and develop cross-functional aligned tactics.
    • Define robust product development processes and practices resulting in higher product competency in the European heating market.
    • Develop marketing activities' plans (ATL, BTL) with Subsidiaries, collaborating closely with Sales Teams and HQ to develop customer-centric communication assets.
    • Enhance business relationships with Key accounts and partners to improve pipeline management for future business opportunities and increase sales revenue/profitability.
    • Build partnerships with boiler manufacturers to develop hybrid product ranges to be launched and promoted through heating sales channels.
