    IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement im Bereich PIM, MAM
  • Initiale Konfiguration, Inhouse Roll-out und fortführende Betreuung des Systems
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) und Unterstützung des Product Owners bei der Anforderungsaufnahme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter
  • Analyse der Inhouse Kundenbedürfnisse sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Onboarding und Umsetzung des PIM/MAM Systems an den Schnittstellen zu den internen Stakeholdern
  • Etablierung von Standards und Sicherstellung eines optimalen operativen Workflows
  • Dokumentation aller Anforderungen, Prozesse und technischen Anpassungen
  • Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Systems
  • Stammdatenbearbeitung (ERP System, Atrify)
  • Planung und Durchführung von Inhouse Beratungsleistungen und Schulungen der Stakeholder

    • IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor, Master) gerne mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Digitalisierung
  • Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute SQL Kenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie konzeptionelle Stärke
  • Projekterfahrung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
