Quality Technician in Manufacturing Quality Assurance

Your Responsibilities

• Direct contact person for all quality-related matters in a selected manufacturing area
• Handling of customer and supplier complaints as well as internal complaints
• Conducting detailed root cause and error analyses and developing and implementing solution strategies for error correction
• Participation in the development and implementation of quality improvement measures
• Creation and optimization of inspection instructions
• Documentation and analysis of measurement and test results
• Introduction and monitoring of quality assurance measures, for example, during series launches
• Performance of quality controls and verification of product and process requirements

Your Profile

• Completed technical education, ideally with additional training as a technician
• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
• Experience in handling measuring instruments
• Precise, thorough, and efficient way of working
• Good communication skills and knowledge and experience in preparing and reporting on quality-related processes
• Strong understanding of quality assurance procedures and standards
• Independence, initiative, and willingness for continuous learning
• Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge desirable
