    Key Account Manager (KAM) (m/f/d)

    You are responsible for the independent support of an existing base of key customers. You provide qualified technical advice, handle demanding sales negotiations and take on corresponding budget responsibility. The focus is on the development of sales structures and new customer business for new, adjacent markets. You communicate customer requirements to the business line for further development of the portfolio, ensure a long-term business relationship and are a competent contact person for technical and commercial questions.

    Regional Sales Manager (RSM) (m/f/d)

    You are responsible for a territory and responsible for increasing sales with its existing customer base as well as increasing the number of customers. In doing so, you will work closely with our sales and channel network and motivate our distribution partners to proactively generate joint business. As an RSM, you will be the primary customer contact and technical link to our internal Swissbit teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and presenting current and future market and customer requirements as well as identifying features and go-to-market opportunities.

    Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

    Your role is to understand customers' systems and how Swissbit products and solutions are used in those. Your expertise is essential to explain technical product specifications to the customers and advise them on benefits for their development decisions. Technical sales engineers are a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice.

    Inside Sales (m/f/d)

    You are the contact person for a portfolio of international customers and serve them throughout the complete Sales cycle. In accordance with our KAM, you take care of the forecast of the customers as well as quotation management. As the interface among various departments, you hold steering and coordination tasks and work with our CRM (Salesforce) on a daily basis.

    Sales Trainee (m/f/d)

    Throughout this one-year program you get the chance to dive into the complete spectrum of sales management from customer handling to market development and sales negotiations. You will be working with Field and Inside Sales as well as Product Management or Marketing and get the opportunity to switch among our great locations.

  • Degree in Economics, Sales & Marketing (HF, FH, or comparable) or basic commercial training with higher education and further training
  • A personality with strong communication skills and the ability to find creative, customer-oriented solutions to problems
  • High attention to detail paired with analytical thinking and understanding of complex concepts
  • Open minded team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
