- als Projektleiter/-in sind Sie verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Projektorganisation und des Projektteams
- die Erarbeitung, Führung und Überwachung des Projektplans in Bezug auf Termine, Abläufe, Budgetplanung und Risikobewertung gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie überprüfen regelmäßig das Projekt auf die Belange der Nachhaltigkeit, insbesondere des Klimaschutzes
- Sie kommunizieren mit den vom Projekt betroffenen Partnern (u. a. politischen Gremien, Vorgesetzten und Presse)
- ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Master) der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder Infrastrukturmanagement idealweise mit Vertiefung im Bereich Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau oder Siedlungswasserwirtschaft (bei ausländischen Abschlüssen ist die Vorlage einer Anerkennung in Deutschland erforderlich)
- Erfahrungen bei der Realisierung von Großprojekten der Entwässerungs- oder Verkehrsinfrastruktur
- idealerweise Erfahrung in der Projektorganisation und -leitung
- idealweise Kenntnisse im nachhaltigen und ressourcenschonenden Bauen (z. B. DGNB, BNB, C2C)
- Deutschkenntnisse mit guter Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift

Die Stadtentwässerung Stuttgart ist für alle abwassertechnischen Anlagen im Stadtgebiet Stuttgart zuständig. Für ein anspruchsvolles Kanalbauprojekt (1 km Länge) in der Stuttgarter Innenstadt, das höchste Ansprüche an die Baustellenlogistik stellt und im Heil- und Mineralquellenschutzgebiet liegt, suchen wir einen fachkundige/-n Projektleiter/-in.
