We are seeking experienced and highly skilled auditors to join a dynamic team for a Certification Body in Germany. As an auditor, you will play a crucial role in assessing and verifying compliance with international standards across a diverse range of industries. You will have the opportunity to work with leading organisations, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

*The ideal candidates must have experience in external/ 3rd part audits*

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of management systems, processes, and practices in accordance with relevant international standards, including but not limited to:

1. ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
2. ISO Environmental Management Systems)
3. ISO Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
4. ISO Energy Management Systems)
5. ISO Information Security Management Systems)
6. IATF Automotive Quality Management Systems)
7. AS9100 (Aerospace Quality Management Systems), etc.
8. ISO22000 (Food Safety) / BRCGS/ IFS/ FSSC/ SQF

• Evaluate organizational compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and customer specifications.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of updates and changes to relevant standards, regulations, and industry trends.
• Foster positive client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management) or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments within a variety of industries, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or other regulated sectors.
• Certification as an auditor (e.g., Lead Auditor certification) in one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO22000 etc.
• Strong knowledge of relevant international standards, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific quality and safety practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
