Join our team in part-time (20 hrs/week) as a Project Assistant for our events PMRExpo and INTERMOT in Cologne (up to 50% remote).

PMRExpo, the leading European trade fair for secure communication, provides a unique platform for networking and solutions related to secure communication and professional mobile communication over its three exhibition days.

INTERMOT is the top industry trade fair for the biker community in December in Cologne. It showcases the latest models and product innovations.

What We Offer:

• Supporting the Director with project-related tasks including:
• Developing marketing concepts such as market and competition research, presentations
• Creating medium-term planning and project control plans
• Internal project management and coordination of associations, market partners, and key accounts
• Correspondence, scheduling, and office organization
• Organizing association and committee matters as well as the service center during events
• Post-event follow-up
• Creating, preparing, and managing exhibitor lists, registration documents, forms, catalog contents, and sponsor acquisition for special projects

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training and work experience
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
• Very good command of German and English in written and spoken form
• High organizational and planning skills
• Strong interest in digital and forward-thinking topics
• Good knowledge of SAP (ERP and BW/BI) and SAP Salescloud
• Expertise in communication and biker industry topics desired
