How will you help us get there:
As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Opencare, you'll be leading ateam and working closely with the CEO and executive team to help us expandour business by 2x year-over-year, and further establish ourselves as themarket leader for helping patients find high-quality new dentists.
Opencareworks on a city-based model, so growth is driven by both expanding depth toreach new patients in existing cities, and by rolling out playbooks intonew cities.
Your primary role will be toDrive our B2C growth strategy to grow the volume of patients that bookthrough Opencare each month and grow our company revenue and profitGrow our current marketing channels with strong unit economics by investingin our execution, experimentation processes, content, creative andteamCollaborate with leaders on the product and B2B side of the business toplan and deliver strategic platform growth based on marketplacedynamicsDeliver impactful, high-converting creative and messaging into the marketthat aligns with our brand and missionLeverage CRO to increase conversion across our platformExpand and develop new channels to reach patientsLeverage our analytics infrastructure and further develop our reportingarchitecture to ensure our marketing mix is highly profitable andscalingCoach, mentor, and build your team of top performing channel ownersWhat you will need to succeed in this role:2+ years in a B2C SVP/CMO of Marketing role at an early-stage DTC/B2Ccompany5+ years experience in performance and lifecycle marketing, with depth inpaid social, SEM, and referralsProven track record of delivering rapid revenue growth with tight CPAgoalsExperience developing new core messages and overseeing highly convertingcreative productionExperience successfully launching new scalable marketing channelsPassion for building teams, coaching, and mentoring high performersVery strong analytical skills, and ability to use analytics tools (e.g.Looker, Heap, GA4) to inform insights and strategy, including channelattributionDemonstrated ability to incorporate brand and conversion performance todeliver a well-rounded customer experienceStrong ability to communicate and influence across all levels, fromexecutives to individual contributorsBonus points if you have:Experience in the health or wellness industryHands-on SEO experienceAn entrepreneurial backgroundExperience working with digital affiliate marketing andcreators/influencersAt Opencare, we are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusiveworkforce.
