    For the Information Security Office, which is part of the Rectorate, we are looking for a
    Administrator (m/f/d) Information Security and BCM-IT

    Within the Information Security department, you will support us in the area of risk and emergency management as well as in the processing of information security tasks.

    What are your main tasks?

    • Supporting HHU's risk and emergency management in the area of information security
    • Participation in the creation, testing, implementation and further development of a BSI-compliant information security management system, taking into account the organizational culture of HHU
    • Regular review and preparation of the necessary documentation on the status and implementation of information security and BCM measures at HHU and at the faculties and institutions

    What do we expect?

    • You have completed vocational training in the field of IT with relevant professional experience in the advertised subject areas
    • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of computer science or management with an IT focus
    • Knowledge of BSI basic protection and/or ISO 27001
    • Comprehensive knowledge of IT and IT security in particular
    • Knowledge of project management as well as data protection, IT law and compliance is desirable
    • High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
    • Very good knowledge of German (native speaker or at least C1) and written and spoken English
    • a results-oriented working style, good organizational skills, a structured way of working and initiative
