    About the job:


    • Master operationalexcellence of our clients, drive digital transformation efforts and ensuresmooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for the biggestindustry players

    • Work on the frontline and assist with allphases of the project life cycle analysis, requirements, planning,development, testing and deployment to ensure project deliverables meet definedscope

    • Apply strategic and critical thinking todevelop recommendations that address client challenges

    • Conduct workshops with the client to collectrequirements

    • Help client in defining user cases

    • Partly responsible for the parameterization(development) of functionality for the Avaloq core banking system

    • Respond to, and handle complex issues intesting and production

    • Gather requirements relating to theintegration of new systems

    • Be in close contact and interact directly withour customers

    About you:


    • Master's degree in Management,Economics, Information Technology, Math, Physics or Engineering

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solvingabilities; professional experience in Business Analysis is beneficial

    • Strong communication skills in English andGerman

    • Affinity to information technology; profoundMS Office skills; experience with project management tools is advantage,hands-on programming experience is a plus

    • Strong team player and excellent soft skills

    • Professional experience in banking, wealthmanagement and financial services industry is a strong advantage

    • Experience working with project managementmethodology is a plus
