- Erstellung von Korrespondenz in deutscher und in englischer Sprache
- Bearbeitung von umfangreichen Verträgen und Dokumenten mit hohem Anspruch auf formal und sprachlich einwandfreie Umsetzung
- Erstellung und eigenverantwortliche Optimierung von Präsentationen und Pitch-Unterlagen
- Anlage neuer Mandate, einschließlich Conflict Checks und Unterstützung beim KYC-Prozess; Vorbereitung von Mandatsvereinbarungen
- Selbständige Vorbereitung von Honorarrechnungen und Tätigkeitsübersichten sowie Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen; Management des E-Billing-Prozesses
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von internen und externen Meetings, Seminaren und Webinaren
- Organisation und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen, Reisekostenabrechnung
- Ein nettes und motiviertes Team in sehr guter Arbeitsatmosphäre
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Europa-/Fremdsprachensekretär, Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat einer überregionalen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder eines Wirtschaftsunternehmens
- Ausgezeichnete, in der Praxis erprobte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word und PowerPoint
- Einen zuverlässigen und serviceorientierten Arbeitsstil
