    As part of ECC's Member Readiness team it is our goal to constantly improve all processes and IT systems that are essential to onboard new clients or support existing customers with their membership at the clearinghouse ECC or our exchange partners EEX and EPEX SPOT.

    As a Senior Membership Analyst, you are a:Multi-tasker: You work on several different topics at the same time, translate business requirements into IT & system requirements and User Stories, you challenge requirements and provide alternative solution options.

    You collaborate with international project teams to further improve service depths and service quality within EEX Group.


    Communicator:

    You are the point of contact for our business departments to be consulted on requirements, you lead and facilitate workshops with various levels of stakeholders across the organization.

    You support the business teams in review & optimization of business processes. You identify and engage with the stakeholders to classify, document and engineer requirements.

    Forward-thinker: You look at a problem, work out how it becomes an opportunity and implement it by collaborating with others to improve processes & systems.

    Your skills:
