Job summary
Support the Sales Operations Team and work closely with the sales organization to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a communication link between sales representatives management leadership teams and subject matter experts SMEs
- Collaborate with Sales Sales Operations and Marketing to drive targeted prospecting and lead generation
- Manage maintain customer lead data in Salesforce SFDC handle daily pricing requests coordinate complete RFPs including information gathering creation submission prepare sales presentations maintain reporting tools such as spreadsheets graphs analyze potential existing clients maintain proposal content Q databases ensure proposal databases are current optimized for efficiency through regular reviews with SMEs internal teams provide sales teams accurate proposal information needed oversee client databases including contract management confidentiality agreements project definitions deliver high-quality customer service managing multiple client projects organize weekly monthly quarterly sales meetings continuously evaluate processes recommend improvements for sales workflows marketing campaigns customer service ensure proposals meet quality standards completed on time
