What you ́ll do

• Solutions Consulting. As a strategic advisor for global brands, you leverage your solution design expertise to craft tailored solutions for rolling out, enabling and operating marketing enterprise technology in complex corporate environments. You collaborate with new and existing clients to build solutions that bring results and lasting success, delving into their complex environments and leveraging ctrl QS' unique value proposition and services.
• Client Portfolio Expansion. With your passion for networking and solution consulting, you will focus on expanding our client portfolio and drive new business revenue growth. You will utilize your network and business development experience to identify and pitch to new potential clients that would benefit from our offering.
• Strategic Implementation. You'll manage the sales cycle 'hands-on' and ensure successful client onboardings. You'll ensure sustained growth by developing and managing lead generation channels and continuously seek to optimize our internal approaches and processes. By continuously monitoring industry and market trends, you'll ensure your solutions stay relevant and drive success.

What you can offer

• Experience and expertise. You bring a minimum of 10 years working experience in solution consulting and business development, with a proven track record of successfully achieving new business growth targets. You bring industry knowledge and experience in operating models, process design and enterprise marketing technologies (i.e. CMS, PIM, DAM, CXM, Automation & AI). You have a consulting background, and ideally a degree in a related field.
• Strategic Client Management. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and workshop skills and can collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels (including c-level). You have very good knowledge of our industry and a passion for building new relationships.
• Business Development. You have an existing network and a strong understanding of new business strategies and ability to successfully navigate complex sales cycles and pitches. You guide clients effectively with your in-depth understanding of specific business needs.
• Strategic thinking. You are a strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive results in a structured, systematic way.
• Drive. You are result-oriented, self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and a passion for exceeding targets and objectives.
