Beschreibung

• Solving electrical and electronic problems during the industrial phase in vehicle plants for electronic control units.
• Inspect incoming parts to specification and release for various build phases with plant quality team.
• Resolve assembly difficulties and raise issues with engineering and suppliers to ensure continuous production process
• Follow vehicles through final build phase on assembly line and analyse defects from different vehicle runs
• Drive solution for electronic fault codes in ECU together with global engineering teams
• Analyse functional vehicle faults and industrial process faults
• Ensure correct software controller versions for different vehicle configurations and build phases
• Track issues through regular quality meetings and monitoring in PLM system
• Coordinate controller software reflash to required version with production team and component suppliers.

• At least 3 years of technical vocational training or specialised training as a technician/master in the field of automotive electrics/electronics or mechatronics or similar qualification.
• Basic knowledge of automotive E/E topology and architecture
• Confident use of MS Office and Excel
• Willingness to travel on long business trips
• Ability to coordinate activities
• Problem solving, teamwork, creativity, ability to work independently and good communication skills
• Fluent English and German in word and writing
