- Provide information & guidance by offering expert knowledge in social media marketing business support.
- Evaluate the social media advertisement analytics.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to the advertisers regarding their advertisements and budgets.
- Bring the wishes of the customer in experience and involve in their successful implementation of sales funnel strategies.
- Detect trends and undesirable developments at an early stage and apply your ideas to a powerful advertising campaign.
- Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus
- Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and "go the extra mile" attitude
- Might involve cold calling
- Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Social media advert product knowledge or at least an affinity for digital advertising
- Fluent German and very good command of English
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin
- A European passport or a work permit for Germany to be eligible for work.
