Your responsibilities

The "Construction Planning" team provides engineering services for national and international construction projects in conventional and renewable energy generation (new construction, expansion and refurbishment). In addition, services for the planning/project planning of structural engineering measures in building construction and infrastructure projects in energy plant construction (generation and transport) are also part of the classic scope of activities.

Your tasks:

Independent processing/cooperation in property planning for buildings and interiors for work phases 1-5 of HOAI

Collaboration in property planning for buildings and interiors for work phases 6-7 of the HOAI

Collaboration in the preparation of tenders, mass determinations, participation in the awarding of contracts

Quality assurance of planning, including external offices as subcontractors

Coordination of third-party planning

Documentation and reporting

Coordination with contractors; supplementary management

Communication and coordination with authorities

Your profile

Successfully completed studies at a technical university (TU) or technical college (Dipl.-Ing./Master of Science)

Ideally initial planning experience, especially in property planning for industrial and commercial construction or energy plant construction

Initial experience in tendering and awarding contracts desirable

Good knowledge of MS Office products and confident use of 3D CAD software, ideally AutoCAD Architecture 3D and/or Revit

Engineering-like, structured and results-orientated thinking and working with a high level of commitment and initiative

Convincing demeanour and strong communication skills

Ability to work in a team and willingness to work across disciplines

Willingness to travel on a daily basis

Fluent in written and spoken German and English

Driving licence class B

BIM knowledge and experience desirable
