• Deliver personalized service to promptly fulfill guest needs.
• Efficiently set up, clean, and turnover tables to minimize wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station and prepare mise en place.
• Perform additional duties such as loading, luggage assistance, and embarkation tasks.
• Be well-versed in menu offerings to address guest inquiries.
• Ensure equipment and ship property used are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle equipment carefully and follow prescribed chemical usage guidelines.
• Show respect towards colleagues and adhere to management directives.
• Attend ship and departmental meetings as necessary.
• Adhere to Grooming Standards and maintain a professional appearance.
• Participate in food and beverage tastings, training sessions, and menu briefings.
