- You will be responsible for the organization of the Simon-Kucher Board meetings (7 elected Board members PLUS CEO) including the preparation of the agenda in collaboration with the Board Chairperson and collecting input from different stakeholders across the Simon-Kucher organisation.
- At the Board meetings (both virtual and physical face to face), you will take minutes and save all relevant documents to consolidate and present the minutes of the Board meeting afterwards.
- You will manage the interfaces between the Board and different teams as well as support the coordination and execution of follow-ups with relevant stakeholders on discussed topics at Board meetings.
- Supporting the transition of newly elected Board members and the newly elected Board Chairperson will also be part of your role.
- Furthermore, you will support the execution of Partner HR topics and processes with high relevance to the Board and assist the Partner HR Team with the administration and organization of different annual tasks and processes. Aboutyou:
- You have several years of professional experience as an administrative support/executive assistant in a global matrix organization.
- You are experienced in working with senior stakeholders and have strong (virtual) collaboration and communication skills.
- You are business fluent in English and ideally speak German as well.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Your ability to process information quickly as well as your strong organizational and self-management skills round up your profile.
- You are flexible to travel around the world (approximately 3-4 face to face Board meetings per year expected).
