- Planning and management of product development (website, app, partner platform) to increase marketplace sales as well as continuous optimization of processes and systems in onboarding and live operation
- Coordination of internal product teams and external development agencies to develop and optimize the marketplace features
- Management of agencies for the development of interfaces and connectors to partner systems (e.g. to pharmacy management systems; or shop systems such as Shopify, Shopware, Woocommerce, etc.)
- Project management for the integration of Prio marketplace partners with the involvement of the sales and account management team
- At least 3-4 years of experience in technically oriented project or product management, ideally with relevant retail/marketplace platforms and/or interface providers, agencies, shop system providers
- Strong skills in cross-departmental project management, organization, willingness to learn
- Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
- In-depth understanding of marketplace business models and their goals
- Ideally: Knowledge of shop systems and software technology, esp. in dealing with APIs, GraphQL, Postman, etc.
- Fluent in German and English is mandatory
