Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT solutions
Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures

3+ years of experience in IT support or related field
Strong knowledge of network and systems administration
Experience with Windows operating systems
Experience with basic software such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Besides English language skills on an expert-level, German language skills are a plus
