    - Completed university degree (bachelor) with a focus on business informatics or equivalent qualifications
    - Practical experience in the project-based introduction and further development of IT procedures, especially in requirement management and service provider control
    - Experience in contract management, including budgeting and controlling, ideally knowledge of EVB-IT
    - Strong communication skills, particularly in collaboration with committees and interest groups
    - Commitment and the right attitude to drive the digitization of administration and further develop IT procedures

    Responsibilities:

    - Ensuring the proper IT procedure operation of the ZIT in the Dataport data center, including coordination of documentation and ensuring data protection and data security
    - Administration of budgetary resources, conducting invoice audits, and budget monitoring
    - Controlling ongoing contracts, updating and compliance with service level agreements
    - Recording and assessing requirements for introduced IT procedures, followed by commissioning external service providers to implement these requirements
    - Organization and conduct of regional and nationwide committee meetings, including invitation management, agenda design, and documentation

    Join the ZIT team for three years in Kiel, with subsequent continuous permanent employment at Dataport, as a Digitalization Specialist (m/f/d).
