    Beschreibung
    Role: Lead Consultant Oracle EBS Planning
    Technology: Oracle EBS R Planning – EBS Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Collaborative, Inventory, Demand, Global Order, Manufacturing, Production, and Strategic planning
    Location: Remote with occasional onsite presence in Munich, Poing
    Compensation: €-K base salary plus performance-based bonus

    Requirements:
    • Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R Modules
    • In-depth knowledge in Forecast generation and ATP
    • Experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle ERP transformations
    • Solid skills in PL/SQL
    • Familiarity with Europe Localizations and Oracle ERP packages
    • Experience in leading implementation projects
    • Oracle Certification required, Distribution Industry Experience a plus
    • Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack, Cloud Web Services, and ALM tools desired
    • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in managing client escalations
    • Ability to work effectively with offshore and third-party teams
    • Responsibilities:
      • Client relationship management
      • Process design, harmonization, and standardization
      • Requirements elicitation, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design, and Configurations for SCM processes
      • Lead cross-functional discussions and solutions
      • Execution and support of testing activities
      • Quality deliverables ownership and scope management
      • Review of Solution Design and Functional Specifications
      • Performance testing, analysis, and issue resolution
      • Collaboration with BI teams for reporting solutions
      • Documentation and training material development
        • Qualifications:
        • Extensive IT experience
        • Functional knowledge and Application experience with Oracle EBS R, particularly in Planning
        • Strong communication skills in English
