Job summary
We are looking for a Solution Engineer in our Manufacturing team. The role is perfect for someone who likes to work with people, is able to think strategically, interested in technology / digitalisation, interested in continuous learning and has an understanding of what challenges our customers are facing today.Key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with your sales counterpart 'on eye level' to develop new/existing businesses or account strategy.
- Lead discovery sessions with your customers to understand/identify pain points as a basis to build an innovative solution based on the Salesforce technology stack.
- Create memorable positive experiences for your customers, using empathy, story telling, immersive demo techniques etc.
