We are looking for a CTO/Co-Founder as a part of the founding team.As the CTO you are not only fully responsible for the technical vision and foundation of the company, but also fully involved in the future of product development and success of the company.
Lead the architecture and development of a digital HR/health platform (frontend, back office, partner portal)Champion quality coding practices and test coverage (your need to be hands-on here)
Oversee the IT integrity and infrastructur and ensure the platform and data security
Develop the technical vision & roadmap and be a real CTO for your team
Build and coordinate the initial tech-team of 2 people and extend the team by hiring great talent
You have a strong burning desire to start your own company and are willing to take all the sacrifices and risks it comes with (bankruptcy, not being able to pay you a salary for months, hard work needed day and night to close customers and funding rounds, etc.).
You have founded a startup or have held a senior leadership position in a startup with significant achievements in your role.
You are fluent in English and ideally also GermanYou are not afraid to work hands-on as co-founder: coding, hiring, testing → get ready to do it all in the early stages of a venture
