- Provide leadership to site supervisors to ensure efficient execution of cable installation activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate project operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns promptly.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Act as interface between clients and contractors, overseeing civil works and infrastructure execution.
- Supervise subcontractor execution in accordance with plans and contractual requirements.
- Maintain focus on technical logistics and HSE issues.
- Serve as technical liaison within the project, reporting outcomes of meetings and technical discussions.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision roles, ideally within the power cable or offshore sectors;
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including coordination of multiple subcontractors and stakeholders;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff members;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards;
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for cable installation and electrical infrastructure;
- Resistance to stress;
- Strong synthesis and writing skills;
- Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
